Tracy Hart, Chief Executive Officer at the Aboriginal Center for the Performing Arts (ACPA) and is a proud descendant of the Wakaya people from the Rankin River in the Northern Territory. Since appointment of her role in November 2022, Tracy has “Re-Imagined” ACPA by building a training and employment framework which incorporates access to accredited and non-accredited training for participants from the age of 8 years old. Her time at ACPA has been spent re-connecting ACPA with Community, re-forcing ACPA’s Values of Culture, Care and Quality as well as re-positioning ACPA within the Performing Arts Industry by building strong connections throughout the Performing Arts industry stakeholders inclusive of Opera Queensland, Queensland Ballet, Queensland Theatre, Brisbane Festival and Kurul Projects. With over 25 years’ experience in training and employment, Tracy is “Re-Connecting” ACPA with the Arts Industry through meaningful collaboration with community, Industry, and Performing Artists.
Performing Arts Coordinator
Jazleen is a Kaanju, Iama Island and Pitta Pitta Actor, Writer and Director from Far North Queensland. She is an enthusiastic, fearless and driven Storyteller who has a deep passion for First Nations Storytelling and Performance Art. She has a deep desire to empower others through the gifts of the Performance as well as to educate and create works which represented the diversity of the human experience.
Jazleen assists the CEO to achieve outcomes aligned with ACPA’s strategic plan for 2023-2025 and beyond – Re-imagine, Re-Connect, Re-Position in a culturally safe manner.
RTO Manager
For over 15 years Sharyn has worked amongst some of the largest profit and non-for-profit Registered Training Organisation’s (RTO’s) in the South East Queensland region. Sharyn has a passion for all things RTO compliance, and relishes the challenges that each different RTO brings. Her extensive knowledge of RTO compliance makes her particularly skilled in bringing balance and harmony to the many complex parts of both small and large scale RTO operations. Sharyn enjoys spending time with her family and managing their antics especially her two cheeky dogs and their love of the water. Sharyn is focused on wellness, enjoying regular visits to the gym and occasionally escaping with a good novel to unwind.
